double-door (2020)

This project was based on a prompt called "Chromatic Sequence." My relationship with color in terms of expressive self-portraiture and emotional content was the foundation. I used my family experience of moving out as my emotional content, since it was a new change in my life at the time. It is a representation of the idea that my existence is a manifestation of my surroundings and was also a creative endeavor in playing with painting, drawing, sewing, gif animation, installation, and video/performance.
